Often clients come to me after having negative experiences in therapy in which they have felt either judged or misunderstood or it’s their first time calling a therapist and they hold a lot of anxiety about the process. I provide a counseling environment where clients feel heard, valued, and truly accepted. I believe that a client's own unique strengths and insight, along with my guidance, can provide the tools needed to achieve personal goals and help clients BECOME who they want to be.
I am now offering Telehealth sessions to existing clients as well as those calling for the first time to start therapy. This is a very chaotic and difficult time which may be bringing up issues that have been long ignored or new feelings of fear, anxiety, and isolation.
